About
This presentation will focus on an important tax consideration that could influence the choice of life insurance products offered to business owners. Since certain corporately owned life insurance products may have significant tax impacts at the death of business owners, advisors currently working or aspiring to work with corporate clients should be aware of these tax rules.

Attendees will learn how certain life insurance policies could greatly impact the estate planning of business owners. Through case scenarios and sample calculations, this presentation will help attendees be better equipped to choose and offer products suitable for their business clients’ needs. Attendees will also be presented with strategies to meet business owners’ estate equalization planning objectives.
