The State of Commercial Real Estate: Office, Retail and Beyond

About This Webinar

The Wall Street Journal | Barron's Group is hosting a Town Hall to discuss The State of Commercial Real Estate: Office and Retail and Beyond.

As we see office markets under pressure as companies rethink workspaces, dramatic cuts in rents in coastal cities like San Francisco and New York, Covid outbreaks creating trouble for student-housing owners, and malls being converted into Amazon.com warehouse distribution hubs, the commercial real estate industry is experiencing change as owners try to adapt to changes in work behavior, struggling city economics, and dried up tourism. Join us for an engaging discussion on the current state of the commercial real estate industry and what to watch as we move into 2021.

Topics of Discussion:
- Given the continuation and unsettling situation with COVID, what plans have you made since the pandemic began to get your business back on track?
- How has the pandemic rewritten the rules of retail?
- How do you see offices reopening in the coming months?

- Louise M. Guido, Executive Director, Real Estate at The Wall Street Journal | Barron's Group
