Chrome might be updating
Check the status of chrome by entering this URL to the address bar: chrome://settings/help If Chrome is updating, wait a few moments, then click Restart Chrome. Mic/camera access will be restored.
Your computer might need a fresh restart
Restarting your computer will reset your mic and camera. Restarting regularly is the best way to ensure a successful webinar hosting experience.
Make sure you have allowed access
Click on the mic or camera icon in the web address area. Click allow.

Here are some tips to resolve:

Copy and Paste chrome://settings/help into your browser's URL bar. Click Update and wait a few moments for it to finish.
Step 2: Re-launch Chrome
When the update is complete, click Relaunch. Then come back to the webinar page and you’re good to go!

We've Lost Connection to Facebook Live
We’ve lost connection to the Facebook Live Server. Please try
re-initiating the live stream again. If you’re still having trouble,

re-initiating the live stream again. If you’re still having trouble,
please contact support below.
To stream your webinar to Facebook Live, please have at least 1 web cam or start screen sharing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When using facebook Live for the first time, please make sure your browser does not block the Facebook Live popup by click on allow in the address bar.
If you are stuck on the Facebook Live popup with a spinning circle or facebook error, please log out of facebook and log back in.
30-second Delay
Facebook viewers will see content with a 30-second delay due to Facebook Live processing time.
Audio Echo
If you keep the Facebook tab open, click the speaker icon to mute the Facebook stream, so you don’t hear
audio twice.
To start an RTMP Broadcast, enter the RTMP Server URL and Stream Key from your broadcast destination, such as Facebook Live, YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, etc.
Note: When streaming to Facebook Live, the Server URL might be found under "Advanced Settings". We recommend toggling "Persistent stream key" on in Advanced Settings, to allow BigMarker to automatically reconnect in the event of an RTMP failure.
Delay
You may notice a 15 to 20 second delay added by your broadcast destination.
Audio Echo
To avoid audio echo, please do not keep your broadcast destination open.
