    Process Optimization CoE Manager for Global Packaging Operations - ADM
    Dieter Flick studied mechanical and electrical engineering in 1980 in Germany. After working a few years in Europe, he moved to the United-States in 1992 to become Plant Manager at Kampf Machinery in Nashville. In 1994 he bought Fawema Packaging Machinery in Florida and worked for 16 years to build and develop the company in North-America. Since 2014, Dieter Flick joined the ADM Group and in 2019 he became Process Optimization CoE Manager for Global Packaging Operations.
