Marcus Hill is an entrepreneur with a passion for purpose driven ventures. He is co-founder and CEO of Bower Collective, an online platform delivering Earth's best home and personal care products in reusable packaging. Previously he failed at building a software company and founded a biodegradable packaging business which he sold to a FTSE100 company.
Alex is an entrepreneur who delights in seeing ethical and sustainable businesses thriving. He has spent the last 16 years as Managing Director of Jude’s ice cream, a family business which is the fastest growing premium ice cream brand in the UK. We make craft ice cream, we are a certified B Corp, and are the first Carbon Negative ice cream in UK (and possibly the World)!
Oliver is a Senior Associate at law firm Bates Wells. He has a passion for purpose-led and impact-driven business, and advises a wide range of clients across the charity, social enterprise, responsible business and impact investing space. He also has a particular interest in the interplay between business and human rights, in particular the development, application and impact of the Modern Slavery Act. Oliver trained at law firm Pinsent Masons and then held positions as legal counsel at investment firm Triple Point Investment Management and private equity firm 8 Miles. Earlier on in his career, Oliver spent two years working with Canon Andrew White and Archbishop Justin Welby focused on the Middle East peace process as part of Coventry Cathedral’s International Centre for Reconciliation. He studied English Literature at Durham University and is a qualified mediator.
