True differentiation takes place in the mind. In this new norm, we need to find ways to always engage our customers. To do that, we need to find ways to promote differentiators they care about and elevate our customer experience.
If we can adopt a meaningful differentiation message, we stand a better chance of attracting notice and subsequently positioning ourselves to outperform our competitors. Within our territory, there is no competitor capable of matching us in scope of supply and technical capability. Let’s not lose our confidence in dealing with our customers both physically and virtually.
