Vice President of Procurement at Reynolds American
Patricia started her career in BAT Mexico in 2003 as Global Graduate and ever since she has performed local, regional and global roles in different areas including HR, Regional Audit and Operations where she performed different roles in Supply Chain, New Product Introduction and Procurement, supporting Mexico and Canada, as well as Americas Region.
In 2017 she joined Global Procurement in London as Global Category Manager where she led the Global Strategy and deployment of different material categories globally across combustibles and new categories business focusing on commercial and supply chain excellence, supplier collaboration and innovation. Afterwards, she led America & Sub-Saharan Africa New Product Introduction team, enabling the deployment of New Categories in the region and leading the implementation of NPI transformation agenda. In 2022, Patricia moved to US to assume the role of VP Procurement for Reynolds American, where she is accountable for the definition and delivery of the Procurement Strategy for Reynolds Group in USA and across a multicategory portfolio including direct, indirect materials and services. As member of Reynolds Operations Leadership Team, as well as of BAT Global Procurement Leadership team, she is actively involved in the strategy definition and execution of US Operations and BAT Global Procurement functions.
Reynolds became a part of BAT in 2017, a global organization that operates in over 170 markets in the world. The U.S. (Reynolds) is the top market within the Global BAT Group with manufacturing facilities, a global center for science and innovation, and corporate affairs being led from Winston-Salem area. The Reynolds Operations Center in Tobaccoville, N.C. is the largest manufacturing facility in the BAT organization worldwide.
Patricia is original from Mexico where she graduated as International Business professional. She is married and has two children.
