Week 11 - a back to work legal focus for employers and industry-specific roundtables.

Employers must now start to examine how to practically reopen their organisations, amid an overwhelming among of guidance and new legislation. Some advice is unclear, some downright contradictory. There is also a great swathe of new policy for employers to implement and communicate, health and safety changes to make and in many cases, establish a brand new way of working.

And what of your workforce? Some furloughed employees are expressing concern about returning - for practical or health reasons - and employers must make sure their communications are clear and timely. Some of those who have been working throughout the crisis are expressing resentment at what they feel is a paid holiday for colleagues - employers will need to handle these beliefs sensitively.
