Richard Hanzlik has over nine years of experience in the polymer industry with over 15 publications on elastomer testing. He received his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from the University of Northwestern Ohio. Richard is the resident in-house expert at Alpha Technologies with over four years of experience specifically using their instruments.

Lou Dorworth

Direct Services Division Manager, Abaris Training Resources

Lou Dorworth has over 40 years of experience in the aerospace composites industry. He has a solid background in composite research and development and material and processing engineering as well as teaching related subjects. He is the direct services division manager at Abaris Training Resources in Reno, Nevada and is a co-author of the textbook "Essentials of Advanced Composite Fabrication and Repair"—both the first and second editions. Lou also sits on the SME technical community committee and is chair of the SAMPE bonding and joining technical committee, a subset of the technical excellence committee.
