He is recognised for innovation delivering bottom-line results and is the founder of new product lines generating hundreds of millions of dollars in sales. Before Aryaka, Hugo worked in various innovation & technology leadership roles with early-stage start-ups and established companies like Cisco. At Cisco Systems, he served as a Senior Director responsible for a $4 billion enterprise networking & security portfolio.

The 15-year channel veteran leads the Aryaka Accelerate Global Partner Program across EMEA, recognising Aryaka’s ability to achieve secure networking, via its fully managed SD-WAN and unified SASE solutions. Jon is passionate about ensuring Aryaka optimisises the methods in which resellers approach, and provide, their business customers with network flexibility, simplicity, security and reliability.

Jon has a bachelor's degree in geography and international relations from the University of Plymouth in England and a master's degree in development and security studies from the University of Bristol in England.
