About
Raytheon UK will discuss the varied career routes into our sector for Gen Z and bust myths surrounding the world of defence. Having a discussion between our People & Cultural Transformation Team and our early careers members of our business we’ll show how defence is open to everyone and that in a world of diverse threats we need a set of diverse voices from all backgrounds to counter them.

Hearing from their peers our team will talk through all that they’ve learnt having entered the defence sector and what particular attributes Gen Z brings to the table. Concluding the session we’ll list off particular opportunities we have available and how to get in touch.

Attendees will learn:

1. The variety of routes to enter defence
2. The skillsets we’re looking for
3. The benefits of choosing a career in defence
4. What Gen Z brings to the table that’s essential for us
5. What opportunities we have able and how to get in touch
