Cardinal Health, VP-Retail Independent Buying Groups
Currently Vice President of Retail Independent Buying Groups /Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical Distribution who started his career with Cardinal Health as a Sales Consultant on September 17th, 1983. Promoted to Division Sales Director in 1989 where he was responsible for managing Retail Independent Pharmacy and Hospital Sales teams at division level. In 1993, promoted to Director of IDN’s (Hospital Integrated Delivery Networks) for the East Region. Promoted to National account sales team as National account representative in 1997 and at this time started the development of Cardinal Health’s Retail Independent Buying Group strategies and support team. Promoted to VP of Sales in 2006 where his sole focus and responsibility has been to build upon our Retail Independent Buying Groups and manage the team responsible for working with our Buying group customers.
Satish V. Poondi is a shareholder in the Mass Tort/Class Action group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. As a registered pharmacist, he brings a unique combination of knowledge and experience in law and science, which allows him to provide his clients with strategies that address both the legal and commercial aspects of each matter.

Angelo J. Cifaldi is a shareholder at Wilentz, Goldman and Spitzer P.A., co-chair of the firm’s Mass Tort/Class Action group, a member of the Management Committee, and the firm’s vice president. A licensed pharmacist in New Jersey, Mr. Cifaldi focuses his practice on mass tort litigation and pharmacy administrative law.
Ritesh Shah is committed to delivering first-rate care to his patients as well as to revitalizing Keansburg’s blight. Mr. Shah’s extensive record of philanthropy and service to the Monmouth County community includes serving as the Patient Education Chair of Bayshore Senior Center; working to stem the opioid crisis and addiction epidemic through GenerationRx in schools; conducting seminars and educating the public and healthcare professionals on diabetes, medication management and other topics.
