Dmitrii has a background in Chemical Engineering and holds a PhD degree in Organic Chemistry. Dmitrii joined Radleys in 2023 as an International Territory Manager, responsible for EMEA and India. Previously, he worked as the Head of Reaction Systems Department at a sales company and had 8 years of experience in fine organic synthesis process development at an R&D centre.
