Joined the care Industry 12 years ago, having spent most of my career in Consumer Finance. I joined Anchor Care Homes, part of the Anchor Hanover Group, 6 years ago, initially as District Manager for New Development to support the commissioning of a number of new care homes. In my current role as Director of Care Services, I currently manage a number of services in the South region & Yorkshire and have overseen the recent care home acquisitions to the group.
