Brian is passionate about entrepreneurship and building businesses. As someone who has built and sold multiple software companies, he has always been inspired by technology and the massive impact it can have on people’s lives and careers. After one of his exits in 2016, he decided to jump in and help his wife build her real estate team and learn more about the industry as a whole. Not wanting to drag through an extensive learning curve, he sought out mentorship from some of the most renowned coaches in the industry and quickly identified the formula of accountability that the industries top producers were thriving on – and sold 43 homes himself in this first year while helping build a team. Brian then founded Sisu to bridge a significant technical gap that prohibited most teams from capitalizing on these powerful accountability and productivity principles, making it simple and powerful – even for those who are beginners – in the industry.
