In addition, he is the President and founder of SMART Restaurant Group, a Which Wich Superior Sandwiches franchisee – at one point running 17 successful restaurants in a hyper-competitive field.
He has written numerous books used by thousands of business leaders including S.M.A.R.T. Restaurant Guide Series, and has also authored over 100 articles on guest service and motivating today’s generation. Additionally, he is the co-host of the ‘Takeout, Delivery and Catering Podcast’ on FoodableTV. He has a BBA and MBA from the University of Texas.
