Ms. Pan has expertise in all aspects of advertising, account management, brand development, strategic planning, and new business generation. Ms. Pan’s has a strong base in multicultural advertising that has also translated to the general market for many of her clients. Her track record of developing integrated marketing strategies including, broadcast, print, interactive, direct response, collateral development, events/PR/promotions, social and emerging media has been honed through experience with clients such as: TurboTax, Intuit, Hyundai USA, Aspen Dental, Cunard Cruise Line, State Farm, and Ford Motors.
At Dailey Advertising Ms. Pan was instrumental in growing Intuit’s brand equity and led their company-wide rebranding efforts over the course of 2010. For TurboTax, she pioneered innovation in multiple categories within digital marketing, spearheading efforts across emerging media platforms and leveraging key partnerships with media properties to fuel strategic innovation on behalf of clients.
One of Ms. Pan’s most notable achievements in the multicultural arena was managing the launch of Hyundai, in the Chinese (domestic U.S) market. Ms. Pan’s successful management of a cross-functional team on the HUSA account contributed to the U.S. market being the only of Hyundai’s markets to exceed sales goals for 2006 and 2007.
Ms. Pan earned her B.S. in Business Administration from University of Southern California (USC), Marshall School of Business (with a Marketing emphasis). While at USC, Ms. Pan served as USC Marshall Finance Association’s marketing director. Ms. Pan was born in Shanghai, China and is fluent in Mandarin (Chinese).
