Thom is a chartered Mechanical Engineer who has spent his early career in the oil, gas, petrochem industries and now focuses on the future fuels and sector. Having held technical, project and corporate roles for technology companies and project delivery firms, he has a broad experience across the full lifecycle and spectrum of projects. A background in conventional refinery and ammonia hydrogen applications provides a solid base from which to conceptualise and design green hydrogen facilities. Thom is now the Hydrogen and Chemicals Technology Director at Aurecon, a role which sees him interact with a wide variety of industry participants allowing him to help shape and guide new future fuel opportunities.
