Micah Kenneth is multilateral professional with experience on expansion and strategy execution across Sub Sahara Africa. He is currently the Regional Manager at Bolt, overseeing the East Africa market. In his current role, he is key in driving expansion strategies and spearheading the company’s operations and growth across the East African markets.
Before his current position, Micah served as the Regional Operations Manager (AE) for Bolt (between 2017- 2019) where he oversaw data driven expansion strategies across cities in emerging markets, development of operation schemes and implementation of key business procedures across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
Prior to joining Bolt, Micah worked at M+R Spedag Group Logistics and Supply Chain as Manager – Business Intelligence Analyst, where he helped the Board to have greater insight into the performance of the business for better strategic decisions.
He also worked for Deloitte between 2011 – 2015 serving in different capacities in the Corporate Finance, analyzing macro/micro economic trends, and industry-specific profitability analysis.
Before then, he started his career at PwC as a Project Management Consultant between January 2010 and August 2011.
Micah holds Master of Commerce – Finance option from Strathmore University and Bachelor of Arts – Economics from Kenyatta University.
