Bio
Faith Arthur has enjoyed serving as an educator in Orangeburg County School District for over 20 years. She has worked as a classroom teacher, curriculum coordinator, curriculum specialist, assistant principal, clinical counselor, and Counseling and Career Services Coordinator. Faith is passionate about student achievement and uses every opportunity to engage with students and ensure they reach their highest potential through curricular planning.
Faith has shared her expertise over the years as an item writer content developer for standardized tests for the SC State Department of Education. Faith Arthur also served on the Bias Committee for Math and ELA. Faith continued her endeavors with the SC Department of Education, receiving further training as an Instructional Coach for classroom teachers. As Counseling and Career Service Coordinator, Faith Arthur has partnered with EVERFI for the past seven years to enhance the Social Emotional Learning and Character Development programs, embedding EVEFI lessons in a Pacing Guide for SSO users and classroom guidance lessons. Faith has served as a curriculum leader, providing professional development to educators at the local and state levels.
