Phil Wild is the CEO of James Cropper plc, an advanced, family-run, AIM-listed materials group established in 1845. It consists of three distinct operating divisions with a combined turnover of over £100 million sales, employing 600 full-time employees with four global manufacturing locations and exporting 50% of sales to over 60 countries. They manufacture a range of products from bespoke coloured and textured papers, specialist materials that support the advancement of green energy and next-generation sustainable packaging as an alternative to single used plastics. Before Joining James Cropper, Phil spent 20 years in a range of directorship roles at 3M, a NYSE listed multinational conglomerate corporation employing over 96,000 employees and delivering $32Bn revenue operating in the fields of Safety & Industrial, Transportation & Electronics, Health Care and Consumer. He is currently a Councillor for the CBI and on the Corporate Advisory Board for Teenage Cancer Trust.
