Industrial disease work forms a large part of Tom’s practice. Before coming to the Bar, he read chemistry and spent a year carrying out research in organometallic chemistry. Claims involving chemical and fume exposure of all types, and the technical arguments that go with them, are therefore of particular interest.
He is junior to Patrick Limb QC in ongoing High Court litigation concerning alleged aerotoxicity, and has recently dealt with a number of noise-induced hearing loss matters on appeal.
