Mahala was awarded the 2015 Culture Award by her team, and over the past 7 years has grown production to over 450 units per year, with a lean headcount. The Rachel-Kendall team is on track to do 600+ units in 2022.
She has proudly watched the Triangle establish itself as one of the best places to live in the Country. Having spent her childhood in Cary, graduated from NC State with a BS in Accounting, and currently living in Raleigh with her two girls. When she's not with my work family or my own family, she enjoy continuing my 20 year love of Pilates, fitness conditioning, and education. She love to run, be outdoors listening to music, and keeping it real, craft beers!
