Massimo built leadership capability at mid-size and Fortune 500 companies by applying the science of leadership, behavior change, and mindfulness practices. He was the head of leadership development for Slalom Consulting. He designed and facilitated workshops, coached, and challenged over a thousand leaders to increase their clarity of purpose, growth as a leader, and the impact of their performance.
