Following a 25 year career in IT, David joined his wife Anna, 15 years ago running Paint Pots Nurseries in Southampton – a family owned group of 10 settings. David is the national representative for England to the World Forum on Early Childhood Education. He is author of the book Men in Early Years Settings, and an advisor to the National Association of Head Teachers.
