Ariel Enrique Guerrero, MPA, is a born and raised New Yorker whose career has been marked by bold choices and service. Ariel is founder and principal of ArielEGuerrero LLC, a multi-dimensional consultancy and co-founder of the O&G Racial Equity collaborative, a consultant collaborative working with institutions on racial equity knowledge building, leadership and implementation. Prior to, Ariel’s work has been grounded in over 12 years of experience in the government, non-profit, political and philanthropic space with organizations such as the National League of Cities (NLC) Lutheran Services in America (LSA), the Annie E. Casey Foundation (AECF), the National Housing Partnership (NHP) Foundation, political campaigns and the New York City Department of Education.
His work centers at the intersections of policy and practice within government and community to train and support local leaders on how to apply/implement a racial equity lens in their community. Informed, organized and empowered are the core values of Ariel’s work. He is committed to supporting and encouraging communities to be the catalyst for sustaining change they hope to see. Ariel finds great joy in leveraging his core values to create a path of collaborative action through policy and community collaboration.
