Who Am I:
What hasn’t this mystical man done! James is a husband of over 20 years, and honoured father of two amazing women, served 17 years as an Army Officer and woke up in combat. Now with over 14 years post military, James has the Co-Founded and been the Lead Facilitator for Leadership and Men’s Wellbeing at Emergent Leaders Foundation. He couples experiences with First Nation people around the globe, running youth rites of passage for 10 years, overlayed on practical understanding of leadership in environments as complex and diverse as the battlefield, boardrooms and professional sport have enabled him to create a new paradigm of leadership - Harmonic Leadership.
