Mediation of Probate: How To Settle Estate or Wills Disputes
Recorded

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
"The courts of this country should not be the places where resolution of disputes begins. They should be the places where the disputes end after alternative methods of resolving disputes have been considered and tried." -- Sandra Day O'Connor
An estate dispute can occur either after the death of a family member or friend. Family members, beneficiaries, or other loved ones may disagree with the deceased choices or an interpretation of their wishes in the Will. The conflict that occurs after a loved one dies can be painful and exhausting both emotionally and financially.
It's for these reasons, we often recommend that our clients participate in mediation to resolve their issues sooner at minimal legal cost. Participating in mediation while deciding how the family will distribute the estate can help avoid disputes after death.
This webinar will focus on mediation of estate disputes and try to cover the pertinent things you need to know about how mediation can assist you and your family work through estate conflicts.
Take this opportunity to learn more about how mediation can resolve conflicts and ask questions that will give the information you need to move forward confidently.
