For ABDs preproposal or research masters: In this third session, we'll discuss the work you did last week on your background and unpack some of the subtleties that come up in final defense and viva when we look at how you start your dissertation or thesis. Questions will be answered.

Homework is to watch the pre-recorded video and read the materials on the review of literature. You should then go through your models and either plot yours in your outline or begin to rewrite yours to contain any new ideas that may have occurred to you.

This series makes use of a lot of pre-recorded materials and adding a once a week meeting for discussion and guidance for those following the system to guide their work s well as office hours to clear up personal questions.

Expect to have audio on and video if your bandwidth allows it. Discussing and presenting in this group will prepare you for defense.
