Marty Martin has served as Vice President of LTL Sourcing since March of 2019. Marty manages Echo's relationships with over 100 LTL carriers. In his role as VP of LTL Marty supports enterprise sales, client management and IT initiatives. He joined Echo as Director of LTL Sourcing in June of 2015 as part of the acquisition of Command Transportation. In his time in the 3PL and freight brokerage world Marty has been honored to learn from some of the best in the logistics industry and to develop relationships with LTL carrier leadership. Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.

A 13-year Echo veteran, Molly entered the company in 2009 as an inside sales representative, holding a variety of positions across multiple departments. With experience in claims, acquisition implementation, and operations, Molly managed various departments as a Senior Branch Manager, Director of Operations, and Regional Vice President for Echo prior to her current role.

Scott served as Senior Product Manager at Echo for four years before becoming Director of Shipper Marketplace Solutions in September 2022. With extensive experience in communications and content development, Scott has held various roles in product management and marketing.

Jeff began his Echo career nearly 15 years ago in the sales department, holding various managerial roles including Director of Truckload Solutions, Director of Sales Operations, and Vice President of Operations. Jeff studied business administration and marketing at Gies College of Business – University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School.

Jake brings more than 10 years of logistics knowledge to Echo since he became Product Director in July 2022. He has experience managing software engineering in the logistics field and linking leadership to ground level developers. Jake holds an associate’s degree in Computer Science from Brown College.
