Alice Schaaf
Assistant Director of International Recruitment, Transylvania University
Prior to joining Transylvania University in 2018, Alice spent about 20 years as a secondary school English teacher and university counselor, including at schools in England and Japan. She has lost track of the number of recommendation letters she has written over the years, and wants counselors and teachers to know that their advocacy for students makes a difference, and is much appreciated!
Founded in 1780, Transylvania University is a highly ranked liberal arts university in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky, USA. We're a challenging, relationship-rich university with an engaging faculty that encourages community-driven students to achieve personal fulfillment and professional success. ACT/SAT test-optional; excellent merit scholarships available.
