WINNING AT OFFICE POLITICS
This class on Office Politics walks the participant through the important "elements" to mind in the game and shows "how to" emerge a winner.
It builds on the previous classes titled "OFFICE POLITICS UNPLUGGED" and "15 REASONS TO ENGAGE AND WIN AT OFFICE POLITICS." While these primers focus on defining what Office Politics is about and the compelling reasons not to ignore it, this Class focuses on 'how to play' the game to win.
The premise is that it is important to first explain what Office Politics really means before we show why no employee should ignore it. Thereafter, it makes sense to teach 'how' to play' to win in the game.
Accordingly, in this class, we focus on what it takes to win, the need to mind the culture of the workplace, the need to mind your specific interest therein, the relationships that must be of interest to us, how to develop such relationships, and how to strengthen them in order to remain our power and influence. We also consider turbulent situations that may arise along with how to determine when it's time to leave.
