Mac Bell, Managing Director, Infrastructure Investments, Fengate Asset Management (Fengate)
Mac Bell works exclusively on originating and executing infrastructure investments on behalf of our infrastructure funds. He is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, due diligence, and transaction execution where he leads multi-partner teams through the development and financing of major infrastructure projects. Mac led Fengate’s winning consortiums on each of the US$2B Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Consolidated Rent‐A‐Car (ConRAC) facility, Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) facility, Macdonald Block, Prince George’s County Public Schools project, and the C$1.8B Edmonton Valley Line LRT. Prior to joining Fengate Infrastructure in 2013, Mac worked with in the power sector with Vancouver-based developer Plutonic Power (now Innergex) and in the mining sector. In these roles he focused on originating, evaluating, structuring and closing power and mining investments, and oversaw development and construction of a 235 MW run-of-river power project in British Columbia.

Sarah Wu, Managing Director, Head of Asset Management, American Triple I (ATI)
Sarah is a Managing Director, Head of Asset Management, and an Investment Committee member at American Triple I (ATI). Sarah brings over 20 years of infrastructure investment and asset management experience to the team. Most recently, she was Head of Investments for CCA Construction, a global conglomerate in infrastructure development where she spear-headed the development of a value-add, infrastructure investment program for the Americas. Sarah spent eight years in the Global Real Assets Division of JPMorgan Asset Management, including serving as Head of Asset Management for a core, infrastructure equity strategy that included a diverse group of portfolio companies in the US and UK. Prior to JPMorgan, Sarah spent 10 years at Credit Suisse on the Global Project Finance team responsible for non-recourse lending to infrastructure companies in the transport, power, energy, and shipping sectors in OECD and emerging markets.

Kunal Dasgupta, Vice President, Acquisitions, Vantage Group
As Vice President, Acquisitions, Kunal Dasgupta focuses on transaction leadership and corporate and project financing on behalf of Vantage Group and its shareholders on a range of transportation assets. His significant experience benefits Vantage’s pursuit of new transportation infrastructure investments, with a focus on negotiating commercial provisions of key program agreements, developing investment and credit theses, raising debt, and working alongside Vantage Group shareholders to deploy equity capital. Through these efforts, Kunal contributes to developing and transitioning locations into the Vantage network, including the $4.2 billion redevelopment of the new Terminal 6 at JFK International Airport. Prior to joining Vantage, Kunal spent a decade with Macquarie Capital, working first in Abu Dhabi and then as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Advisory & Principal Investments in Singapore. Kunal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Management Studies degree with a specialization in Finance.
