Martha Saker
Digital Solutions Product Line Manager, GE Digital
Martha is responsible for leading digital product management delivering customer outcomes of optimization, safety, quality, and O&M Cost in the Power Generation Edge and Remote Operations space.

Prior to her present role, Martha led multiple product lines in different areas of the Energy chain, introducing products and services that optimize performance, operations and/or maintenance.
Martha held several other roles over her 22 year tenure at GE, Her GE career began at GE Industrial’s Turbine Controls Business in Salem, VA, where she started as a Controls Engineer, programing Control Systems for Gas Turbine Applications.

Within a 6 year timeline, she quickly moved through roles of increasing responsibility such as; Automation, Field Technical Support, New Product Development and DFSS Black Belt. In 2004 Martha was promoted to her first Product Management Role, managing multiple Energy related products since.

Janet L. Webb
Product Manager, GE Digital
An accomplished program and product manager bringing more than fifteen years of experience in power generation with demonstrated expertise in life cycle reliability and data analytics. Current Product Management role supports Asset Performance Management (APM) Performance Intelligence and the monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment via GE Digital’s APM software. Dedicated to solving problems and delivering outcomes for our customers with data-driven, digital solutions.

Aaron Larson
Executive Editor, POWER magazine
Aaron Larson joined the POWER team in September 2013 as an associate editor and was named executive editor in 2017. Aaron has a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering technology and a master’s degree, specializing in finance. He spent 13 years in the U.S. Navy nuclear power program, advancing to Chief Petty Officer. He has worked at commercial nuclear, biomass, and coal-fired power plants, functioning in operations, maintenance, safety, financial, and management capacities. Aaron holds a Chief A Engineer boiler operator license in the state of Minnesota.
