WEBINAR DETAILS
About
Just in time for Career Development Month, join us for a learning event designed to help high school students explore potential career opportunities and understand the essentials of landing their first job! Students from across the country have asked EVERFI to answer their questions about Job Skills, Career Exploration, and more. Our expert partners will address these questions and provide insight to how to be successful in today's job market.
Following the Q&A session, the EVERFI team will guide students through interactive lessons from the Tax Simulation: Understanding Taxes, EVERFI: Financial Literacy, and Marketplaces resources. Additionally, we will provide your classes with extra resources to explore careers in accounting and data science!
Teachers: Please register once on behalf of your class and present the workshop on the board for your students to watch together. Students should not register individually or join from personal devices. However, they will need individual devices on their desks to participate in the interactive components of the workshop.
All resources provided to students and teachers have been donated to your school and are available for use throughout the year at no cost. This session can be replicated in all class periods, even if they cannot join live.
