As a member of the Punjab Police Cyber Crime Unit, Inspector Heera has played a pivotal role in modernizing investigative techniques to tackle emerging challenges in cyberspace. He has extensive expertise in using advanced forensic tools like EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, and network analysis software, ensuring the accurate extraction and preservation of digital evidence in line with Indian legal standards.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar (Ph.D, MCA, CCCI, CCFP) has been working in Cyber Crime Cell, Bihar & Cyber Forensic Lab, State Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna, Bihar.
He is founder member of Bihar Cyber Crime Cell. He has about ten years professional experience in Cyber Crime Investigation & Cyber Forensic Examiner.
He has also completed Certification in “Cyber Crime Investigator” & “Cyber Forensic Professional” in year 2010 from Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune.
He is guest faculty of Bihar Judicial Academy, Bihar Police Academy, Chhattisgarh Police, Bihar Institute of Correctional Administration(BICA), Training Directorate (Bihar Police), Bureau of Police Research & Development (Bihar), Economic Offences Unit, Bihar. He has got “Cyber Cop Award” from National Police Group, New Delhi in 2019.
