Susanne Chishti

CEO and Founder, FINTECH Circle

Martina Macpherson, FICRS

Martina Macpherson is Senior Vice President, Strategic ESG Engagement & Partnerships, at Moody’s, and President of the Network for Sustainable Financial Markets. Martina has held a number of ESG leadership roles including Head of ESG Index Products at S&P DJI, Managing Director of Sustainable Investments Partners Ltd. and Vice President of ESG at MSCI.

She has been working in the ESG, index and asset management industry for almost 20 years and has been a member of multiple sustainable finance associations and policy working groups at UK, EU and at an international level.

Martina is a visiting fellow in sustainable finance at University of Zurich and Henley Business School. She has an MBA certificate in finance and business from LSBF / UK, and a MA in Law and Human Sciences from University of Frankfurt in Germany. She is a fellow member of the ICRS, and an alumni of the German National Academic Foundation.

James Henley

Associate Managing Director, Moody's

James Henley is an Associate Managing Director at Moody's. He leads a team responsible for building analytical tools and quantitative solutions, including ESG related initiatives. James has worked in various other roles during his ten plus year tenure at Moody's, including the manager of a global financial data analytics team, as well as an analytic role within the Rating Group.

Prior to Moody’s James worked as an environmental scientist with a focus on data analysis and quantitative modeling. He has an MS in Hydrogeology with a focus on numerical methods.

Dr. Ashit Talukder

Head of Machine Learning, Moody’s Analytics

Dr. Ashit Talukder is the Head of Machine Learning at Moody’s Analytics. He leads AI, Machine Learning (ML) strategy and new AI and ML Initiatives at Moody’s Analytics to enable faster, better decisions through automation and data-driven solutions. His team develops new AI- and ML-driven products, solutions, and capabilities for risk analytics, prediction, forecasting, workflow automation, and human-machine collaborative systems that improve analytics insights from structured and unstructured data. His career of more than 20 years includes leading AI, ML, and computer vision research at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and leading the NIST Data Science Initiative with a division of over 100 researchers and engineers. He has a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University.
