Optimizing Curcumin*

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has been used in both Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. The rhizome of the plant seems to be most useful. Curcuminoids naturally occurring in turmeric and are a family of compounds with curcumin being most prevalent and most widely seen in published studies. Innovations in the delivery of curcumin make these actions even more significant by affecting bioavailability. This webinar will review the effects of curcumin as well as the rationale for the amorphous structure of a curcumin-fenugreek compound.*
