Join Chef Brendan as he leads us through a classic Italian meal. First he guides us through making Tagliata, which is a strip steak (NY strip in our case). He shows us how to marinate it and then pan roast the steak to perfection. Then he shows us the proper method of making a potato based torta, with shallots, garlic, and herbs. While that is baking, he will guide us through making a refreshing orange and fennel salad.
