Jess Jones is head of digital communications at Westminster City Council, living in Waltham Forest in north-east London. Prior to working in local government communications she specialised in global online campaigning at World Animal Protection, developed commercial content for The Natural History Museum, and worked in digital fundraising at UK's childrens charity, Barnardo’s. Jess is also a writer who started her career a journalist before moving into digital comms.

Will Richards

Will is a user experience designer with 20 years experience in the digital industry. Working for Zoocha he leads user research, interaction design, and UX strategy across public sector, not for profit and ecommerce projects.
Prior to Zoocha, Will worked for companies developing apps, websites, interactive media, immersive environments and digital installations.
