Afternoon Keynote and Closing Address

About This Webinar

Afternoon Keynote: "Creating Memorable Service Experiences"

In this keynote, Steve Coscia will emphasize that creating memorable experiences is more important than selling boxes. Advanced relationship and service skills rely on maximizing first impressions at each customer touch point. Delivering quality-focused service also requires a courageous manager who will set the bar high and not tolerate mediocrity. The lead-by-example factor in leadership and service management is often overlooked as a cause for performance issues.

Service professionals with finesse focus on delivering value, especially when customers ask about price. In this keynote, you will learn revenue growing and relationship-building strategies that help employees stay calm and focused - during peak activity cycles and when serving difficult customers. A positive attitude, personal accountability, empathy, proper attire, tenacity, self-control and listening are only a few of the behaviors that create memorable experiences. Attend this keynote and get insight from the industry’s leading soft skills expert.
