Security for connected devices has never been more important – the number of mission-critical breaches is at an all-time high and new regulations threaten to hold device makers accountable as never before. The IoT M2M Council (IMC) is developing practical guidelines for product designers to consider when deploying connected devices in the field, and this panel will feature senior leadership from the IMC task force on security. The panel will explore the current IoT security landscape, including matching the correct standards to applications, vetting bills-of-materials (BoM), and more.
