Vikramjit is a Harvard Business School alumni, having completed the Advanced Management Program in 2019. He is a graduate from University of Delhi and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management and Administration from the Taj Group of Hotels. With over 22 years of experience, Vikramjit has played a leadership role at Lemon Tree Hotels with a special focus on revenue/sales and hotel operations. He has put into place the current sales organization and the company’s revenue generation strategy, across channels/segments. Operationally, Vikramjit drives the efficient running of hotels along with the core Operations team. The focus is on customer delight, cost minimization and a healthy and growing bottom line. Before being appointed as President, he was the Chief Sales Officer of the company

Mr. Nikhil Sharma is the Regional Director, Eurasia Region for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. In his current role, Nikhil holds a full management remit encompassing franchise operations support, regional sales, revenue management services, and steering the marketing strategy for the region. Nikhil is also instrumental in further nurturing the relationships with owners and franchise partners to drive system contribution, revenue, performance, quality, operational excellence and brand engagement.
Nikhil Sharma brings almost two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for major players in the region across strategy and planning, business development, revenue management and distribution. Prior to WH&R Nikhil was the Chief Operating Officer at Ginger hotels, A TATA Enterprise, where he led the company’s operations, growth portfolio, as well as its digital and loyalty strategy. He was also one of the founding members at the Lemon Tree Hotel Company, building India’s fastest growing upscale hotel brand. As COO East, Central & West, he reported to the CMD; owned full P&L / ROI.
Nikhil holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi and a certification from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. He has collaborated with many high-profile industry organisations, serving as Chair and Convener for Skills and Entrepreneurship, Confederation of Indian Industry, Delhi State Council, and the Steering committee of Confederation of Indian Industry.

Chander Kamal Baljee founded Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. Presently, Mr. Baljee is Chairman, Managing Director & Executive Director at this company. Mr. Baljee is also Member of All India Management Association, Member of The Greater Mysore Chamber Of Commerce & Industry and Member of Confederation of Indian Industry and on the board of 15 other companies. currently royal orchid operate 60+ hotels across 38 locations in India.

Samir assumes a full leadership responsibility for the development and performance of Fortune Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd. and India's leading chain of first class, full service business and leisure hotels with 50+ signed alliances across 45 cities of India . He also oversees the functioning of the WelcomHeritage brand, a joint venture between ITC Ltd and Jodhana Heritage, with around 40 hotels and resorts across 16 states of India that represents some of the finest traditions of heritage hospitality and tourism in India. Prior to joining Fortune Hotels, he worked with InterContinental Hotels Group for over two decades in operational and leadership roles across various locations in India, Southeast Asia and Korea.
