The program is designed to help prepare individuals and families for the responsibilities of homeownership.

The program will take place in group sessions followed by 1 on 1 sessions with an assigned mentor.

In conjunction with Houwzer facilitators and mentors, this program will give people the knowledge and skills necessary to handle home buying and homeownership.

Completing a first time homebuyer program like this one is the prerequisite for becoming a RiseUp Fund home recipient.
