Frank Rosenacker grew up in a funeral home and his funeral service career spans nearly 60 years. After attending Wharton for a few years, he graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and obtained his B.S. in Mortuary Science from Edgecliff University. Frank obtained his law degree in 1983. He served 4 ½ years on active duty as an Air Force JAG Officer and 2 1/2 years in the Ohio National Guard. In addition to operating his consulting business and law practice, Frank is also active at Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science – most recently as Chairman of the Board.

Sue Gilkey has been a licensed attorney since 2000, returning to law school after a career as a social worker within the court system. Her practice is concentrated in funeral services, succession/estate planning, business organization, transaction work and probate. Sue has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati. After thirty-plus years of marriage, John, her husband, and Sue are happily living the life of “empty-nesters” with both their children having graduated from college and on their own.

Ann Rosenacker has been working at Rosenacker & Associates for over twenty-five years. She attended the University of Cincinnati and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. Ann had also obtained her preneed insurance license and worked part-time in preneed sales until later devoting 100% (and then some) of her time to R&A. Ann has been married for thirty plus years and has two grown children, Frank and Madison. Ann enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Hudson and Elaina, and walking her dogs.
