Law Enforcement Liability

Law enforcement is an inherently risky endeavor and a major liability exposure for county government. Misconduct and accusations of misconduct by law enforcement have come to the forefront of national media. This session will inform you about these risks and the associated mitigation efforts that are being performed by ICRMP in conjunction with your Sheriff’s Office.
