Dr. Emma Saunders is the General Manager of Genesis Biosciences, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the Biosciences sector. Since joining Genesis Biosciences in 2008, she has played a pivotal role in leading the company’s Technical Department and driving key operational and product development initiatives. As General Manager, she continues to provide strategic and technical leadership, guiding the company’s growth and innovation.

Marina Pellegrino graduated in Biological Science and has experience in both academia and industry (THOR Specialties) in microbiology. In 2015, she joined ROELMI HPC as a Product Manager, focusing on Cosmetic Formula Protection. From 2015 to 2020, she was also an active member of the EFfCI Preservative Working Group.
In 2021, Marina joined IMCD Italy as a Product and Sales Manager in our Home Care and I&I Business Group. In July 2023, she was appointed International Product Manager, specialising in microbial solutions.
