During this time of unprecedented uncertainty and skyrocketing anxiety in our world due to COVID-19, All It Takes is offering families a free at-home screening of the nationally-acclaimed IndieFlix Original documentary Angst: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety, followed by an informative and inspiring panel discussion designed to empower all of us, including our youth, to develop vital skills we need to navigate both today’s pandemic and their future.
The critical insights and coping tools introduced in the film, combined with All It Takes’ proven strategies and the discussion after the film will help all of us handle the challenges we face.
