About
We spend 90 percent of our lives indoors, but research clearly shows that human wellness is dependent on exposure to natural light and nature. Light regulates our internal clocks, which in turn drives our ability to sleep, maintains our metabolism, boosts our immune system, and improves our focus. It even reduces stress and depression.

In this discussion, we will share results of groundbreaking research showing why we need to ditch the drapes to make people in our buildings healthier and happier.
