Employees often find themselves lost in a maze of complex procurement processes, unsure of what steps to follow or what information to provide.
Requests submitted with the best intentions frequently disappear into a "black hole," leaving employees frustrated and disengaged. On the other hand, procurement teams are overwhelmed by a flood of inconsistent and incomplete requests, submitted in various formats, making it nearly impossible to manage effectively.
Ivalua’s new Intake Management solution addresses these challenges head-on by prioritizing simplicity and usability.
Employees effortlessly engage with procurement for all their needs—whether it’s sourcing, contracts, new suppliers, or purchasing—ensuring that all necessary information is captured correctly with the help of Generative AI.
